I think the story needs a lot more than just a movie or some OVA's. They could make a really good show out of this. I just hope they all mature, stay really good friends, and hangout all the time as families and stuff, especially when they have kids. I would love to see the wedding and hopefully everybody is there too. I also obviously want to see stuff like Kawashima's life afterward and how it is with Kitamaru in the US.
I hate thinking about how depressed and insecure she is, I just want to see her happy again like she was at the beach house. I also REALLY NEED to see Minori figure out how she found her happiness again. What happened the whole time Taiga was gone? I really want to see how they handled that situation and how the relationships remained at school between the 4 without Taiga. I know some people think the story is over and doesn't need anything explained, but I don't think that's the case. Something about how the story ended just seems off to me.

I personally want another series or season kind of like Naruto to Naruto Shippuden. Obviously all we can do is hope that we get more. That's if they're genuinely a good person, which they probably are. The creator probably cares about her fans a lot and would give them a definitive "no" if nothing was going to happen. The point with no confirmation from anybody also has me thinking that they aren't finished. Especially the high ratings and viewership it's been getting on Netflix and even other platforms like Crunchyroll. To me, it seems way too convenient for all of this stuff to be happening around the same time. If they're planning to do something with a continuation, I think it will be after the manga is done. They just need to do the ski trip and all of the stuff after. I'd say the manga has 1 or 2 more volumes until it's finished. When the 10th anniversary came around, we got that official picture of Taiga and Ryuuji in their wedding outfits too, and that wasn't too long ago.
With the English light novel completely finishing June 23 (digital)/August 4 (print), the manga being close to done, and Netflix releasing it on August 1st, I can feel something coming. First of all, we haven't gotten a single word from the creator or studios involved. I feel like everything that's happening right now is too convenient for an announcement not to show up soon. I just finished the show yesterday, watched the OVA today, and watched Minori's path on the PSP game since I'm salty about the show. It's good to see I'm not the only one still thinking about all of this.
